Garnishment – Other than Personal Earnings

$80 filing fee – See ORC 2716 for rules and requirements. Filing fee includes one (1) garnishee/bank. Additional garnishees/banks are $10 each. A separate $1 check payable to each garnishee/bank being served is required. All forms must be submitted in duplicate.
